Cement-bonded wood particle board

Description
These building panels have a smooth hard surface and combine fire-retardant, noise insulation and moisture resistance properties in one product. They are therefore suited to a variety of different uses.

The panels are manufactured with coniferous wood shavings and Portland cement together with mineral materials and water. To reach fire safety class A2 the material contains further additives. Using a special technique the material is mixed, scattered and compacted under high pressure. After aging storage and acclimatisation, the panels are cut to specified formats. Depending upon requirements an edge profile and/or the sanding of both surfaces can follow.
