What is the cost of postage and packing?
Postage and packing depends upon the weight and the country to be shipped to. Postage and packing within
Germany for a single Musterkiste costs 5.95 Euro.
The exact price is calculated when your order is processed and displayed before you confirm your order.
How long does it take to deliver?
The Musterkiste is usually dispatched within 10 working days. Most European customers should therefore receive
their Musterkiste samples box within two weeks. Deliveries to countries outside of the European Union
may take up to 3 weeks.
How can I pay?
For deliveries within the European Union, we usually enclose an invoice to be paid upon receipt. We do,
however, reserve the right to request payment in advance.
How to order
Please enter the number of articles into the form field and click on "Add to shopping cart".
Follow the link "Calculate shipping costs" for the total amount and postage costs to be shown.
Click on "Order articles" to start the ordering process.
Step 1: Enter your details
No data will be passed on to third parties.
Step 2: Check all data
You get an overview of all selected items and the resulting total price. The details you entered are
listed as well so you can verify the information. Still you can change the list of items or change your details.
Step 3: Submit
By clicking "Submit order" your order is sent to us. This is an offer to buy the selected products.
By returning you an e-mail with a confirmation we accept your offer and the contract is concluded.
The e-mail with the confirmation of your order lists alle details of the contract.
Warranty of revocation for consumers
If you are consumer you have the right to revoke the contract within 14 days from delivery.
You are not obliged to name any reasons. You can utter the revocation by letter, email, fax or
by telephone or by sending back the ordered items. To assert your right on time send it
before the 14 days period ends:

After receiving your revocation we are obliged to return any payments to you.
You are liable to send back the goods to us at our expenses. In case of depreciation or
loss of the goods you will have to reimburse us.
